FINDING YOUR TRUE PURPOSE - 24/03/2007
Usually, in speaking to Year 11-12 school students I ask, What is your
intended vocation in life?’ It’s a big question, but surprisingly it often
draws a positive response. They tell me exactly what they want to do; how
they’ll achieve their goal, and the expected outcome. They have a clear
purpose in life. I admire them for their certainty, recalling my
experience of being in the dark about future direction.
